Flour Buds

Flour Power’s goal has always been to build community by feeding people , and provide quality nutrition executed with culinary skill. Our second goal was to be able to provide a level of quality that is hard to find at an everyday price point.

The more we observe and reflect on how many get their daily calories the more we want to help things change. Convenience has allowed for mediocre food-produced in a destructive manner to take over. Its become acceptable because at the end of the day the results are the same; no matter what your food ate.

Food should be more than just calories in. Food should provide community and be our medicine. It’s easy to say, but does take more effort-especially if cooking doesn’t come easy.

The goal with our Patreon membership is to provide a resource of simple recipes that can be easily prepared with quality ingredient. The other goal we had in mind was to build a place of community where information about food can be shared and to have a fun atmosphere to explore in.
